Job Description

Designation:Admissions Manager

Location : Core Office, Noida

THE POSITION

Shiv Nadar School, a progressive initiative by the Shiv Nadar Foundation, is redefining K–12 education with a focus on excellence, innovation, and holistic growth. With campuses in Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, and Chennai, the school offers CBSE, IGCSE, and IBDP curriculum to a thriving community of over 4,500 students. We are seeking an Admissions Process & Audit Executive, who will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all admission-related processes, policies, and SOPs across campuses. The role involves conducting regular audits, monitoring compliance, maintaining documentation standards, identifying process gaps, and supporting campuses in implementing best practices to ensure operational excellence and consistency in admissions management.

Key Responsibilities

Process Compliance & Audits

  • Conduct regular audits of admission processes across all campuses.
  • Ensure adherence to approved admission SOPs, policies, timelines, and workflows.
  • Verify compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify process deviations, operational gaps, and non-compliance areas.
  • Share audit findings with stakeholders along with corrective action recommendations.
  • Track closure of audit observations and ensure timely implementation.

Documentation & Record Management

  • Ensure all admission-related documents are properly maintained and updated.
  • Audit student application files, baseline scores, parent interaction remarks, and admission approvals.
  • Monitor data accuracy and completeness in Skolaro & LSQ.
  • Maintain audit reports, compliance trackers, and process documentation.

Process Monitoring & Improvement

  • Evaluate effectiveness of implemented admission processes.
  • Recommend improvements for operational efficiency and better compliance.
  • Support standardization of admission practices across campuses.
  • Assist in drafting and updating SOPs, checklists, and process manuals.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with campus admissions teams.
  • Conduct periodic review meetings with campuses on compliance status.
  • Escalate critical compliance issues to the management team.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare periodic audit and compliance reports.
  • Maintain dashboards/tracking sheets for audit observations and process adherence.
  • Analyze trends in recurring issues and suggest preventive measures.
