Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Admissions Specialist role based in Delhi, India. The Admissions Specialist will oversee the recruitment process by engaging with potential students and guiding them through the admissions process. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer service, offering detailed program information, addressing inquiries, managing documentation, and collaborating with the sales and education teams to develop strategic enrollment initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with students and other stakeholders
• Experience in Sales and Student Recruiting to manage enrollment goals and attract potential candidates
• Knowledge of Education and program-specific details to guide students in their career planning process
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
