Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Specialist Intern at Bachpan Play School, Valasaravakkam, Chennai. The intern will be involved in day-to-day tasks including handling inquiries, assisting families with the admission process, coordinating recruitment activities, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining detailed records of prospective students. The role is aimed at supporting the growth and success of the school by fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication with parents.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with parents and addressing their inquiries effectively.
- Proficiency in Sales and Student Recruiting to contribute to enrollment growth and achieve admissions targets.
- Knowledge or experience in the Education sector is preferred, with the ability to interact with children and parents professionally.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to maintain accurate student admission records.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
