Student Acquisition, Retention & School Promotion
- Drive student acquisition and enrollment initiatives to achieve admission targets.
- Develop and execute outreach programs to increase awareness and visibility of the school.
- Organize open houses, campus visits, admission counselling sessions, and parent interactions.
- Build relationships with prospective parents, educational consultants, community influencers, and feeder institutions.
- Support branding, marketing, and awareness campaigns that strengthen the school's market presence.
Student Engagement & Retention
- Design and implement initiatives that improve student participation, engagement, and overall school experience.
- Organize student orientation programs, leadership initiatives, assemblies, cultural events, and recognition ceremonies.
- Conduct student feedback surveys and recommend improvements to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with academic and co-curricular teams to strengthen student involvement across school activities.
Parent & Community Engagement
- Build strong relationships with parents and guardians through regular engagement programs.
- Organize parent workshops, information sessions, and community outreach initiatives.
- Act as a bridge between students, parents, and school leadership when required.
- Establish partnerships with local organizations, educational institutions, NGOs, and community groups.
Event Management & Communication
- Plan and execute school events, competitions, outreach activities, and community engagement programs.
- Manage communication through newsletters, social media, school portals, and other engagement channels.
- Showcase student achievements and promote school activities through internal and external communication platforms.
Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor admissions, engagement, participation, retention, and parent satisfaction metrics.
- Prepare periodic reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Track outreach effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management (MBA/PGDM will be preferred)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in school admissions, student affairs, outreach, community engagement, enrollment management, or school administration
- Prior experience in a K-12 school is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in student acquisition, parent engagement, retention, and relationship management
- Strong communication, presentation, networking, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a transformational growth agenda
