We're hiring for someone who has experience in study abroad in GS, Visas, Apps - all of it.

GradGuide has helped Indian students get into postgraduate programmes abroad since the mid 2000s. We're a boutique firm, not a volume shop, and this is our growth year.

We're looking for the person who will own our admissions engine, from a student's first assessment call to a visa in hand.

What you'll do

• Lead our admissions teams: Assessment, SoP Quality & IELTS, Applications, and GS & Visa

• Own process and quality: SoPs, QA checklists, CRM discipline

• Hire, train and coach a young team

• Be our go-to expert on postgraduate admissions and visas for NZ, Australia, the UK and Ireland

• Report weekly on the funnel and help shape the tools we build

You bring

• 3+ years in study-abroad admissions, including 1+ years leading a team

• Hands-on postgraduate admissions and visa experience for at least two of NZ, Australia, the UK and Ireland

• A record of building processes, not just following them

• Comfort with a CRM and data, and strong written English

You'll report directly to the CEO and help decide how admissions runs as we grow.
