Ramaiah Institute of Science and Management Foundation seeks an organized Admissions Operations Coordinator to oversee enquiry management and streamline admission processes for UG/PG programs in STEM and Management. This role ensures efficient lead conversion, eligibility verification, and seamless student onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Enquiry Handling
- Coordinate and analyze daily enquiries by reviewing executive activities and categorizing leads as hot prospects or general prospects.
- Schedule course counselling sessions and monitor outcomes daily to optimize conversion rates.
- Provide actionable feedback to digital campaign and outreach teams based on enquiry analysis (geography, demographics, and source attribution).
- Evaluate lead generation agencies effectiveness through daily digital media reports from the Digital Campaign Manager.
- Review and monitor execution of annual, quarterly, and monthly outreach plans.
Admission Process Management
- Review applications for each program, verify eligibility criteria, and coordinate with program heads to establish selection processes.
- Set application deadlines, early admission criteria for high-scoring candidates, and final admission closing dates.
- Finalize admissions for selected candidates, facilitate fee remittances (semester/yearly), and issue offer letters post-qualification verification.
- Complete student admission files and transfer to the Programme and Academic Coordination Office for ID issuance and course materials.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field.
Experience
- 3+ years in admissions operations or CRM management in higher education.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce); excellent organizational and communication abilities.
