Key Responsibilities
1. Admission Management
Handle admission inquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
Guide parents and students regarding admission procedures, eligibility, fees, and school/college programs.
Conduct campus tours and information sessions for prospective families.
Process admission applications and maintain accurate records.
2. Counseling & Conversion
Counsel prospective parents/students and address their concerns.
Follow up with leads to maximize admission conversions.
Maintain regular communication with applicants throughout the admission process.
Achieve admission targets set by the management.
3. Documentation & Compliance
Verify student documents and ensure completion of admission formalities.
Maintain admission databases and reports.
Ensure compliance with institutional admission policies.
4. Coordination
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments regarding admissions.
Support orientation and onboarding activities for new students.
Assist in admission events, education fairs, and promotional activities.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counseling and persuasion abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/Admission Management Software.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, customer service, or education sector preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
