Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Admissions Counselor to join our Delhi team. In this role, you will guide prospective students through the admission and enrollment process, offering detailed program information, conducting interviews, and assisting with documentation.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to candidate inquiries, counseling students about German language and career programs, and ensuring a smooth, supportive admissions experience. You will also collaborate closely with internal departments to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven experience in customer service and sales
• Background in education and familiarity with admissions processes
• Proficiency in German (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• A proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
