Role Description

As an Admissions Officer at Chrysalis High, you will manage and streamline the admission process, guiding prospective students and their guardians through enrollment requirements. Daily tasks will include responding to inquiries, conducting campus tours, evaluating applications, and supporting international admissions. The role also involves collaborating with departments to optimize the admission process. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with students, parents, and team members.
• Knowledge and experience in International Admissions procedures and processes are highly preferred.
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on professionalism and empathy when addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Understanding of the Education sector, including admission cycles, processes, and policies, is beneficial.
• Proficiency in administrative and organizational tasks, with keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative, and culturally diverse environment.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; additional certifications or experience in admission management is a plus.
