Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Admissions Officer role based across Madhya Pradesh. The Admissions Officer will guide prospective students through the admissions process, manage queries about the institution's programs, and maintain a high level of customer service. Responsibilities include providing information about admission criteria, assisting with enrollment procedures, organizing admissions events, and building strong relationships with students and parents to ensure a seamless admissions experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build relationships with students, parents, and teams.
- Experience or knowledge in International Admissions processes and standards is preferred.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure a smooth and supportive admissions experience.
- Background or understanding of the Education sector is advantageous.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; relevant certifications in admissions or education are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with admissions management software is preferred.
