Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Admissions Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Chennai location. The Admissions Manager will oversee the admissions process, including counseling prospective students, reviewing applications, and conducting interviews. Responsibilities also include managing outreach programs, building relationships with schools and potential applicants, and ensuring a seamless and positive admissions experience. The role requires collaboration with the marketing team to promote programs and organize events to attract prospective students.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with students, parents, and educational institutions
• Ability to counsel and guide students throughout the admissions process
• Organizational and time-management skills for overseeing application evaluations and admissions timelines
• Experience in marketing, event planning, or related fields to develop outreach initiatives
• Proficiency with CRM software and data analysis tools to track and improve admissions strategy
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in educational admissions or a similar administrative role is a strong advantage
• Proactive attitude, team collaboration abilities, and problem-solving mindset
