This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hisar for an Admissions Manager. The Admissions Manager will oversee and manage student admissions processes, develop and implement recruitment strategies, and ensure seamless onboarding. Daily responsibilities include guiding prospective students, coordinating with academic departments, analyzing enrollment trends, and driving initiatives to meet admissions targets. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in admissions management, student engagement, and recruitment strategies
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and implement solutions to enhance admissions processes
• Familiarity with EdTech solutions and their application in higher education
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
• Experience in higher education admissions and an understanding of digital transformation would be a plus
