Location: Gurugram, Sector 48

Experience: 2+ years

Education: Graduate

What will you be doing

Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective parents

Understand parent requirements and recommend suitable programs

Qualify leads and maintain accurate CRM records

Schedule centre visits and follow up with prospects

Respond to WhatsApp queries and support the admission journey

Work towards defined sales and admission targets

Who are we looking for

Someone with strong communication, active listening, interpersonal and sales skills, along with hands-on CRM and dialer experience.
