Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Admissions Counselor role based in Chennai. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing tailored education and career advice, and ensuring excellent customer service during the entire journey. The role also involves supporting clients with program selection, application processes, and queries, as well as coordinating closely with partner institutions and internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for students.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Proven Customer Service experience to provide positive client interactions
• Sales skills to assist in converting inquiries into successful admissions
• Experience or knowledge in the Education sector, particularly in student counseling and admissions
• Ability to work collaboratively and with diverse groups of individuals
• Proficiency in handling administrative tasks and managing a student database
• Familiarity with international education systems (preferably German) is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred
