As we expand our outreach, we are looking for enthusiastic and communicative Tele Caller Executives to join our growing team.

JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Tele Caller Executive Department Sales & Student Counselling Reporting To Team Leader / Sales Manager Location 406, B Tower, Ithum Tower, Noida Sector 62 Employment Type Full Time, On-site Vacancies 3 to 4 Positions Gender Male & Female Both Welcome Salary Package ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on Experience) Experience 0–3 Years (Freshers May Also Apply)

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about colleges, courses, and admission processes.
  • ✦ Handle inbound enquiries professionally and guide students with accurate information and counselling.
  • ✦ Maintain and update the database of student leads and follow up regularly to ensure conversion.
  • ✦ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance metrics as assigned by the team leader.
  • ✦ Build strong rapport with students and parents to understand their academic needs and preferences.
  • ✦ Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team to ensure seamless student onboarding.
  • ✦ Record details of calls, interactions, complaints, and enquiries in the CRM system accurately.
  • ✦ Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge updates.
  • ✦ Provide prompt resolution to student queries and escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
  • ✦ Assist in promotional campaigns, webinars, and education fairs as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

✦ Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.

✦ Hindi and English Excellent verbal communication skills in

✦ Confident, persuasive, and target-driven approach with a positive attitude.

✦ Basic computer proficiency — MS Office, Email, and CRM tools.

✦ Ability to handle rejection gracefully and maintain persistence.

✦ Strong listening skills and empathy while dealing with students and parents.

✦ Prior experience in tele-calling, BPO, EdTech, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

✦ Good time management and ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
