This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor based in Pune City. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing detailed information about academic programs, and addressing inquiries. The role includes supporting individuals in choosing suitable courses, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving enrollment objectives. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships and contribute to the growth of the organization by identifying and converting prospective students.

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to establish rapport with prospective students and team members
• Proficiency in Customer Service for addressing inquiries and providing guidance
• Sales expertise for achieving enrollment objectives and effectively presenting our programs
• Knowledge of or experience in the Education sector is advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in any field is required
• Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or a related role is a plus
