Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Admissions Counselor to join our team on-site at our Jaipur location. The Admissions Counselor will be instrumental in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing individualized counseling, addressing inquiries, and supporting them in their decision-making. This role involves building strong relationships with future candidates, promoting the Academy's offerings, and assisting in the enrollment and onboarding processes. Additionally, the counselor will collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless admission experience for students.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills.
• Customer Service expertise and the ability to handle inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
• Experience in Sales, especially in an educational or aviation-related field.
• Knowledge or background in Education, preferably in advising or counseling students.
• Proficiency in managing admissions workflows and documenting processes.
• Ability to work well within a team, while maintaining a student-centric approach.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; prior experience in admissions or education advisory roles is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience required
