We are looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented Admissions Counselor to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, guiding prospective students through the entire admission lifecycle. You will identify suitable programs for learners, handle inquiries, and consistently follow up with leads to maximize enrollment rates.

Key Responsibilities
Telephonic Counseling
- Reach out to prospective students via phone to introduce online and distance education programs.
- Counsel learners on course offerings, eligibility criteria, career outcomes, and university admission processes.
- Answer student queries regarding program details, fee structures, accreditation, and university affiliations.
Lead Conversion & Sales
- Actively follow up on potential leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Understand candidates unique education and career needs to recommend the right program fit and convert inquiries into active admissions.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
Admission Process Management
- Provide end-to-end support by guiding students through registration, document verification, and fee payment.
- Ensure timely submission of all necessary documentation to complete the enrollment cycle smoothly.
CRM & Record Maintenance
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date records of all student interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Share daily and weekly progress reports with the management team.
Student Support & Collaboration
- Offer post-enrollment support to students regarding portal access, course materials, and academic resources.
- Coordinate with university representatives for updates on programs and procedural changes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (Background in Education, Counseling, or Inside Sales is a major plus).
- Experience: Entry level to 1-2 years of experience in telephonic sales, counseling, or customer-centric roles.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications (MS Office / Google Workspace).
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with online, distance education, or higher education structures in India is highly preferred.
