Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor, located in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will guide students and their families in exploring admission opportunities, assist with the enrollment process, and provide detailed information about the programs and mentorship services offered by Studycaller. You will engage with prospective students, answering queries, facilitating counseling sessions, and ensuring a seamless application experience. The role involves fostering strong relationships, aligning students needs with our offerings, and achieving enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
• Customer Service and Sales abilities to provide quality assistance and achieve enrollment objectives.
• Experience or knowledge in the Education sector to better support students in their academic journeys.
• Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple student cases efficiently.
• Knowledge of commerce exams such as CA, CS, or CMA is a plus.
• Proficiency in leveraging CRM software or tools for lead management is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
