Working Hours : 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Overview :

We are looking for a result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and drive enrolments for UG & PG online degree programs. The role involves counselling, lead follow-ups, conversions, and student onboarding through calls and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Counsel students on suitable UG & PG online degree programs.
• Explain eligibility, course details, fees, admission process, and career opportunities.
• Manage the complete admission cycle from enquiry to enrolment and onboarding.
• Follow up with leads and achieve assigned conversion and enrolment targets.
• Maintain accurate student and lead records in the CRM.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for documentation and onboarding.

Eligibility & Requirements :

• Graduate in any discipline is mandatory; Master's degree is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• 2–4 years of experience in admissions, counselling, higher education, EdTech, or sales is preferred.
• Fluent communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati; strong English is essential.
• Comfortable with CRM, WhatsApp, email, Zoom/Google Meet, and basic computer applications.
• Strong counselling, follow-up, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
