Admissions Counselor

We're looking for Academic Counsellors commission-based, remote, with a clear path to full-time.

At Genvarsity, we run short, affordable certification programs in HR, AI/ML, and BFSI delivered by senior industry practitioners, backed by autonomous institution credentials, and supported by placement assistance through Scout Express.

We have a database of verified, consented candidates actively looking to upskill. What we need is experienced counsellors who can convert conversations into admissions.

Here's how this works:

• First 3 months incentive only, no fixed pay
• We provide the lead data. You make the calls.
• Maintain decent conversion rates on engaged leads to stay on
• Month 4 onwards full-time role offered based on performance

No cap on earnings. No geography restriction. Fully remote.
