Admissions Counselor

We are looking for a dedicated Admission Counsellor responsible for handling assigned leads through calls and converting them into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to assigned leads and explain available programmes

• Counsel students and parents over phone regarding courses and admission process

• Follow up consistently to convert enquiries into confirmed admissions

• Collect and generate referrals from existing and prospective students

• Maintain daily call records and update lead status accurately

• Achieve assigned conversion targets

Requirements:

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Ability to handle high-volume calling and follow-ups

• Target-oriented and result-driven approach

• Basic computer knowledge for updating lead data
