Position: Admissions Counsellor
Location: Pallavi International School, Sagar Road
Experience: 1–3 years (School/EdTech/Customer-facing experience preferred)
Qualification: Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred but not mandatory
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Admissions Counsellor to guide prospective parents and students through the admission process. The ideal candidate will represent the school with professionalism, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth and positive admissions experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries via calls, walk-ins, emails, and social media, providing detailed information about the school and its programs.
- Counsel parents and students, showcasing the school's offerings, facilities, curriculum, and unique strengths.
- Manage end-to-end admissions process, including follow-ups, documentation, registrations, and conversions.
- Maintain and update enquiry and admissions data in the system on a timely basis.
- Coordinate and assist with school tours, interactions, and orientation programs for prospective parents.
- Support admission campaigns, events, and open houses organized by the school.
- Ensure a warm, professional, and positive experience for every parent visiting the campus.
- Achieve admission targets while maintaining strong relationships with parents.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in admissions, counselling, customer service, or front-office roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Pleasant personality, patience, and empathetic attitude.
