Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor based in New Delhi. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the admissions process, provide them with detailed information about Pahal Design's courses, and address their queries effectively. Responsibilities include executing student counseling sessions, managing database records, conducting follow-ups, and assisting with admissions-related administrative tasks. The role also involves promoting courses and actively participating in events, outreach programs, and other marketing activities to attract aspiring students.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and stakeholders
  • Excellent Customer Service and relationship-building abilities to address individual needs and provide personalized guidance
  • Proficiency in Sales and persuasion to promote courses and successfully enroll prospective students
  • Knowledge of the Education sector and a passion for guiding aspiring students
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in any field, with prior experience in counseling or admission services being an advantage
  • Familiarity with the design, architecture, and fine arts education landscape is a plus
