Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will work closely with students and parents to understand their educational goals and provide tailored guidance regarding courses and programs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting consultations, explaining admission processes, guiding new enrollments, and fostering positive relationships with students to support their journey. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for successful collaboration and delivering excellent support throughout the admissions process.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact and engage with students, parents, and team members.
- Customer service skills to maintain positive relationships and address inquiries with a helpful attitude.
- Sales skills to promote programs and guide prospective students through the enrollment process.
- Knowledge of the education sector and ability to provide accurate information about courses and examination preparation.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or a related field is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
