Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor based in Lucknow. The Admissions Counselor will engage with prospective students and their families, providing guidance on the institute's programs, entrance requirements, and admissions process. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, answering queries, assisting with admissions procedures, and resolving concerns with a customer-first mindset. The role also involves nurturing positive relationships with students to understand their aspirations and offering tailored recommendations for their educational journey.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students and parents
- Proficiency in Customer Service and a passion for helping individuals
- Sales skills with the ability to present information persuasively and achieve admissions targets
- Knowledge and experience in the Education sector or related fields
- Active listening, problem-solving abilities, and a student-focused approach
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree; experience in counseling or sales is preferred
