Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Admissions Counselor role based in Dhanbad. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information on programs, and assisting with enrollment. The role includes engaging with students and parents to address queries, organizing admission-related events, and building relationships with schools, colleges, and other stakeholders. Additionally, the Admissions Counselor will collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets while maintaining a positive applicant experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and achieve enrollment goals.
• Experience or knowledge in the field of Education to guide prospective students in making informed decisions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and goal-driven environment.
• Proficiency in using technology and tools for admissions and communication processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Graduation in any stream.
