The university collaborates with employers, corporates, and industries to design curricula, deliver programs, and facilitate hands-on training through apprenticeships and internships. MSU's vision is to lead in skills-based education, offering flexible, competency-driven courses with opportunities for continuous learning and credit transfer across streams. Sponsored by Medhavi Foundation, an NSDC partner founded by IIT alumni in 2012, MSU aims to impact over 100,000 youth annually through skill development and education initiatives.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Dhanbad. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students and their families, provide counseling regarding available courses, and assist with the admissions process. Responsibilities include promoting programs, addressing inquiries, maintaining detailed records of outreach efforts, and meeting enrollment targets by fostering strong relationships with students, schools, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
  • Experience in Customer Service with a focus on creating positive student experiences
  • Knowledge and experience in Sales, with the ability to meet enrollment goals
  • Understanding of the Education sector, including university admissions and academic programs
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with the local education ecosystem is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
