Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Admission Counselor role based in Bengaluru. The Admission Counselor will engage with prospective parents, guide them through the admission process, and provide information about KLAY's programs and offerings. Responsibilities include conducting campus tours, answering parent inquiries, maintaining admission records, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience. Collaborating with internal teams to meet admission goals and uphold client satisfaction is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively interact with parents, children, and team members.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales to build relationships and manage the admission process efficiently.
- Background in Education or familiarity with early childhood education is an advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using technology and databases to track and manage admissions is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a passion for creating positive experiences for families and children.
