WE'RE HIRING | Executive MBA Admission Counselor

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Admission Counselor who has specific experience in handling admissions for Executive MBA (MBA for Working Professionals) programs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle and convert leads for Executive MBA / MBA for Working Professionals programs.

* Counsel working professionals, executives, and experienced candidates on program suitability, specializations, eligibility, and admission procedures.

* Understand candidates career goals and recommend suitable academic programs.

* Manage the complete admission lifecycle, from initial counselling and follow-ups to registration, documentation, fee payment, and enrollment.

* Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective students and achieve monthly admission targets.

* Handle candidate queries related to program structure, learning format, fees, and career advancement opportunities.

* Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up activities in the CRM.

* Build strong relationships with prospects to maximize conversions.

Requirements:

* Prior hands-on experience in Executive MBA / MBA for Working Professionals admissions is mandatory.

* Strong counselling, communication, negotiation, and lead-conversion skills.

* Experience handling working professionals and mid-to-senior-level executives.

* Proven track record of achieving admission targets.

* Ability to manage leads independently and drive conversions.
