We're hiring Admission Counselors for one of our UK-based MNC clients in the Global EdTech sector!

Location: Hyderabad | Work From Office

Experience: 3–8 Years

Attractive Salary Package + Performance Incentives & Additional Benefits

Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM

5 Days Working

Pick-up & Drop Cab Facility Available

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Admission Counseling / Inside Sales / Tele Sales
• Fluent in Hindi & English – Mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing, counseling and sales skills
• Experience in handling leads and converting prospects
• CRM/Salesforce experience will be an added advantage
• Immediate Joiners preferred

Your Role

• Counsel prospective students and understand their requirements
• Provide information about programs and guide students through the admission process
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions
• Handle queries and support students throughout the enrollment journey
• Manage and nurture the sales/admission pipeline
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/Salesforce
• Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth enrollment process
