Admissions Counselor

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective families through the admissions process, providing information about academic programs and school initiatives, and assisting with enrollment procedures. Additional responsibilities include conducting campus tours, maintaining relationships with prospective families, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with the school's administrative team to achieve admissions goals. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure a seamless experience for students and parents.

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff
• Customer Service skills to address inquiries, provide support, and maintain relationships with prospective families
• Background in Sales or similar experience to meet and exceed enrollment targets
• Experience and knowledge in Education or academic admissions preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with admissions systems or customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in education, business, communication, or a related field
