Global BIFS Academy is hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Admission Counselors for our Pune location. The role involves guiding prospective students, explaining course offerings, and supporting them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents about academic programs and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to follow up on inquiries.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Convert leads into successful admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling and persuasion abilities.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions counseling, education sales, telecalling, or inside sales.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
