Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor based in Navi Mumbai. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and parents, providing information about programs and admission processes, and guiding them through the application procedure. The role involves building relationships, addressing inquiries, and proactively following up with leads. The position also includes supporting enrollment efforts by collaborating with the admissions and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively engage with prospective students and their families.
• Proven expertise in Customer Service and Sales to guide and support applicants through the admissions process.
• Background in Education or a related field and an understanding of academic admissions processes will be advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using technology and CRM tools to manage applicant data is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
