Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor based in Nangloi Jat. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, delivering exceptional customer service, and assisting with admissions inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include counseling students and parents, providing detailed information about programs, following up with leads, and supporting the admissions team in achieving recruitment goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Interpersonal Communication to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Customer Service and Sales expertise to address inquiries, promote programs, and guide students through the admissions process.
• Prior experience or knowledge in the Education sector is highly valuable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems or related software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
