Admissions Counselor

Position: Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and customer-focused Admission Counsellor to join our team and support the school's admission and enrolment process.

Responsibilities:

• Handle admission enquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and other communication channels.
• Counsel prospective parents and provide complete information about the school, curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
• Conduct school tours and coordinate with prospective parents to ensure a positive admission experience.
• Follow up regularly with enquiries and convert prospective leads into admissions.
• Maintain accurate admission data and update enquiry and admission trackers.
• Coordinate with the school team to ensure smooth completion of the admission process.
• Participate in school events, admission drives, and promotional activities.
• Achieve assigned admission and enrolment targets.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Graduate or postgraduate degree; an MBA is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in admissions or counselling, preferably in a school.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Strong counselling, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience in handling CRM, Zoho, or admission management systems will be an added advantage.
• Candidates should be proactive, confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
