Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an academic counselor at Edusolve. This role involves effective communication with students & guardians as well as providing career counselling in the field of Education.

Responsibilities:

Strengthen relationships with clients and company partnerships.

Advise students & parents about their learning needs through counseling sessions.

Fix appointments on a daily basis including follow-up sessions.

Follow up on leads & inquiry calls promptly to secure high closing & conversion ratios.

Academic Counselor (Previous experience in Educational Field Preferrable)

Salary: 15,000 to 45,000 (As per the industry standard & based on Experience) + High incentive for each conversion+ Work Performance bonus.

Qualification: Minimum Graduation

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Language Known: English, Hindi, Bengali.

Knowledge of basic computer is must.
