Role Description
The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admissions process, offering tailored advice, and addressing their queries. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, providing detailed information about programs, assessing student needs, and supporting them in their application and admissions journey. The position also involves participating in outreach activities and maintaining records to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general effective Communication skills
- Experience in Customer Service with an aptitude for assisting and supporting students
- Sales experience and the ability to guide students toward viable institutional options
- Background or understanding of Education systems and counseling processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools or data management systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
