Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, eligibility, admissions, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.
Manage inbound/outbound leads, walk-ins, follow-ups, and counseling sessions.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs based on their academic and career interests.
Drive lead conversion and admissions enrollment through effective counseling and follow-up.
Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and conversion status in the CRM.
Handle student/parent queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Coordinate with Admissions, Academics, Marketing, and other departments for smooth enrollment.
Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and annual counseling and admission targets.
Participate in admission campaigns, counseling events, seminars, and outreach activities.
