Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information on programs, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience. Additional responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, assisting in sales processes, maintaining accurate records, and building rapport with prospective students and their families to support their educational decisions.

Counselling students on call daily 40-50 studnets .

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to build effective relationships and convey information clearly and accurately.
• Customer Service and Sales skills to provide a positive experience for prospective students and assist in meeting enrollment targets.
• Experience or understanding of Education services to provide informed guidance to students and align them with suitable programs.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple inquiries and tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field and prior experience in admissions, counseling, or a similar role is preferred.
