Role Description The Admissions Counselor role at CAD DESK India is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The counselor will guide prospective students through the admissions process, including providing detailed information about courses, curricula, fees, schedules, and career outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling walk-in and phone inquiries, conducting counseling sessions, following up with leads, and maintaining accurate student records. The role also involves coordinating with trainers and administrative staff, supporting enrollment targets through effective counseling and sales techniques, and ensuring a positive experience for all applicants and enrolled learners.
