Role Description

We are seeking an Admissions Counselor for a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the admissions process, provide detailed information about our programs, and address inquiries to ensure a seamless and supportive experience. This role involves presenting educational opportunities, managing applications, building strong relationships with prospective students, and achieving enrollment objectives. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with other team members to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and general Communication to effectively guide and connect with prospective students.
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and advocate for the organization's programs.
• Background or experience in Education, with a passion for helping students achieve their goals.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in admissions or academic counseling is a plus.
