WHAT YOU'LL DO

You won't just sell courses.

You'll understand students, guide their career choices, and help them take the next step.

• Connect with students & parents through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp & counselling sessions.
• Understand their education, interests, skills & career goals.
• Explain the right program, curriculum, career path & learning outcomes.
• Convert qualified enquiries into admissions through genuine counselling.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents.
• Follow up with leads without being robotic or spammy.
• Maintain lead follow-ups, counselling notes & admission data in CRM.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, career events & college outreach activities.
• Stay updated with Cybrom's latest programs, technologies & placement initiatives.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

You should be:

• Confident in Hindi + English communication
• Energetic, persuasive & people-friendly
• Good at understanding student psychology & career needs
• Target-oriented without compromising on counselling quality
• Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp & digital communication
• Someone who enjoys challenges and closing conversations
• Graduate in any discipline

Experience in EdTech / Education Counselling / Inside Sales / Admissions is a plus.
