About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Admission Counsellor with EdTech experience to guide students about AIAPGET crash courses and convert inquiries into admissions. The role involves student counselling, telecalling, lead follow-ups (calls & WhatsApp), and achieving admission targets.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students about course features, fees, batches, and benefits
• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
• Maintain student records and follow-up data
• Achieve daily and monthly targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience as an Admission Counsellor
• Experience in sales/admission conversions
• Fluent in Hindi and English
• Strong communication, convincing, and telecalling skills
• Target-oriented and student-focused approach
