Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban district for an Admissions Counselor. Core responsibilities include guiding prospective students through the admission process, addressing inquiries, and providing in-depth information about the academy's programs. The role involves communicating with individuals to understand their education and career goals, promoting suitable programs, and maintaining follow-ups to ensure enrollment. Additionally, the Admissions Counselor will collaborate closely with the admissions team to achieve organizational targets and improve outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Communication, both verbal and written
• Background in Sales and education-related consultation or support
• Experience in the education field or career counseling is preferred
• Ability to build rapport and connect with prospective students
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and digital platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred
