Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Admission Counselor.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify and source qualified candidates for our international job requirements.

Pitch services to individual customers via calls, digital platforms etc.

Convert daily leads into successful closures

Follow up aggressively with potential customers to ensure maximum conversion

Handle objections and rejections confidently

Record customer information and sales data accurately

Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires .

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Should be Self-motivated and proactive.

Preferred: Female candidates from North East India

Working hours:9:00am - 6:00pm (Work from Office)

Working days:Mon - Sat (1st and 3rd Saturdays off)

Experience:6 months to 3 years

Salary:25K to 35K per month + incentives

Location:Mohan Estate, Delhi, 110044.
