Role: Admission Counselor
Salary: Up to 5 LPA
Eligibility: Graduate Freshers or UG Candidates with Minimum 1 Year of Inside Sales Experience
Work Mode: Work From Office
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on courses and admission processes
Handle inbound & outbound inquiries
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
Maintain student records and CRM updates
Achieve monthly enrollment targets
Preferred Profile:
Graduate Freshers are eligible
UG candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of Inside Sales/Tele Sales experience
Excellent communication & convincing skills
Target-driven with a customer-first approach
