*About the Role*

We are looking for a talented Profile Building & Resume Coach to work alongside our Senior Mentor. In this role, you will help students prepare for top-ranked universities around the world (like Ivy League schools in the US and elite colleges in the UK). Your main goal will be to help students build impressive resumes and strong personal profiles so they can stand out to university admission teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Resume Building: Help students write, edit, and format professional resumes that highlight their best strengths.

* Profile Building: Guide students on how to improve their profiles by choosing the right internships, online courses, projects, and volunteer work.

* Brainstorming: Work one-on-one with students to discover their unique stories and achievements.

* Connecting the Dots: Ensure the student's resume matches the goals they talk about in their college application essays.

* College Research: Look up admission requirements and profile trends for top-rated universities worldwide.

* Teamwork: Help the Senior Mentor review student folders to make sure everything looks perfect before applying. 

Requirements & Qualifications

* Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in resume writing, career coaching, or helping students apply to top colleges overseas.

* Skills: Excellent written English, strong proofreading skills, and a good eye for detail.

* Knowledge: A solid understanding of what top-ranked international colleges look for in a student's profile.

* Communication: Great people skills and the ability to motivate young students.
