We are looking for a responsible person who can handle incoming leads, call parents/students, and manage lead data efficiently. The role mainly involves follow-up calls, updating lead information, and coordinating with the team.
Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads generated from ads and website
- Explain our courses briefly to parents/students/teachers
- Maintain and update lead records in Excel
- Schedule demo classes and maintain follow-up list
- Coordinate with the team for admissions and inquiries
Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Canva, Email, etc.)
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to manage and organize leads properly
- Responsible and consistent with follow-ups
Preferred
- Experience in telecalling / admissions / lead management
- Familiarity with Excel sheets and basic design tools like Canva
Qualifications
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in any field (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.)
