Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Officer in the BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine, and Surgery) program located at our office in Bhopal. Responsibilities include counseling prospective students, handling inquiries, providing detailed information regarding the course offerings, guiding students through the admission process, and meeting enrollment targets. The role also involves maintaining exceptional standards of customer service and contributing to outreach strategies to attract new students.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address inquiries, build relationships, and provide outstanding service to potential students
- Proficiency in Sales to guide prospects through the admissions process and achieve enrollment goals
- Experience in Student Recruiting and Education to understand student needs and the academic landscape
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and meet deadlines in a time-sensitive environment
- Knowledge of BAMS programs or a background in education, healthcare, or administrative roles is a plus
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in any related field are preferred
